About the Role

BERING Time GmbH is looking for a Remote Sales Partner (Setter/Closer) to join our mission of building a digitally-led closing system. You will conduct strategic sales conversations via Zoom and phone with pre-warmed leads in the B2C and B2B sectors, guiding them to purchase decisions using our provided systems and tools.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct strategic sales conversations via Zoom or phone with pre-qualified leads in both B2C and B2B.
  • Identify client needs and confidently guide potential customers to a purchase decision.
  • Use provided AI tools, sales playbooks, and CRM structures to optimize your closing rate.
  • Document your sales activities and KPIs precisely.
  • Develop into a high performer through daily sales missions and dedicated 1:1 coaching.
  • Become part of a system that makes results visible and rewards them.

What We're Looking For

  • Either initial sales experience or a strong innate sense for people, conversations, and decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently, think entrepreneurially, and maintain a clear performance standard.
  • A disciplined, confident closer who is open to feedback and actively strives for personal growth.
  • Readiness to prove yourself through action without prolonged deliberation.

You will join a focused team of 1-10 employees committed to building the strongest closing system in the DACH region.

  • Compensation: €2,500 to €10,000 per month based on high commissions (10–30%) on impactful products.
