Hornetsecurity is hiring a Distribution Manager (m/w/d) to manage and develop our distributor network in your assigned region. You will act as the essential link between our sales teams and distributors, playing a key role in driving our growth and ensuring partner success.
What You'll Do
- Manage and develop a network of distributors in your assigned region and be responsible for operational sales activities.
- Increase sales for all assigned distributors and act as the link between our various sales teams and our distributors.
- Create relevant forecasts and define concrete measures to ensure target achievement in your assigned region.
- Ensure the tracking of all processes and the provision of suitable KPIs for continuous measurement of results.
- Coordinate and conduct regular communication with the Hornetsecurity sales team and the distributor sales teams.
- Ensure distributors provide the contractually agreed resources for sales, presales, support, and marketing.
- Plan marketing activities for new and existing partners in close coordination with the Head of Distribution Management.
- Coordinate and ensure the follow-up and distribution of all leads from campaigns through to closing.
- Work internally with sales, marketing, and technical teams while externally representing the company as a personal point of contact.
What We're Looking For
- Solid IT knowledge from training, studies, or comparable qualification, ideally from the IT security or cloud services sector.
- Several years of professional experience in IT or technical applications and a pronounced understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes.
- A talent for communication and the ability to present yourself competently and confidently to partners and customers in both German and English.
- A winning personality and enjoyment working in an international team.
- Self-motivation driven by your own successes and a passion for pursuing quarterly goals.
Nice to Have
- Willingness to travel to a certain extent and enjoyment in convincing customers and partners of Hornetsecurity services in presentations and negotiations.
Team & Environment
You will work with sales, marketing, and technical teams internally and report directly to the Head of Distribution Management.
