NeuralFlex is hiring a Business Developer to lead our outreach, lead generation, and customer acquisition. You will be the driving force for promoting our AI consultancy and SaaS solutions, crafting compelling narratives and building relationships with potential clients.
What You'll Do
- Create engaging, visually appealing case studies and pitch decks based on past projects.
- Work closely with the technical team to highlight results, impact, and client success stories.
- Identify and engage potential clients through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry forums, and networking events.
- Perform lead generation using tools like HubSpot, Apollo.ai, and other CRM/lead databases.
- Conduct direct outreach and relationship-building with decision-makers to showcase our consultancy and SaaS offerings.
- Manage our Upwork profile – write proposals, bid strategically, and convert opportunities into projects.
- Handle social media accounts (especially LinkedIn): plan content calendars, create engaging posts, and grow the company’s presence.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Experience in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Upwork bidding.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools such as Apollo.ai, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to identify, qualify, and convert leads into paying customers.
- Strong grasp of AI concepts and their business applications (non-technical but business-level understanding is enough).
- Experience in social media management (LinkedIn, content scheduling, analytics).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

- Content creation skills for social media, blogs, or client presentations.
