- Proven experience in developing and implementing business continuity and operational resilience frameworks, ideally within the financial sector
- Strong understanding of crisis management principles and experience managing real-world incidents
- Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills across diverse departments
- Ability to translate regulatory and business requirements into practical continuity plans
