The Business Care Partner at Stanley Black & Decker plays a key role in driving operational excellence by streamlining processes, ensuring compliance, and acting as a liaison between sales and operations. Based in Istanbul, Turkey, this hybrid position oversees the full order cycle, resolves customer concerns, and supports team growth within a collaborative, global environment of approximately 48,000 professionals across 60 countries.
What You'll Do
- Propose and implement process improvements, simplifications, and automations to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with all company procedures, including financial entries and segregation of duties.
- Act as a business partner by communicating effectively with sales teams regarding customer-related issues.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of relevant products and catalogs within your domain.
- Oversee the complete order cycle, from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Address customer issues promptly (e.g., quality concerns, delays, disruptions) and escalate significant deviations to management.
- Manage and optimize order books, including mass processing, cleaning, and product transitions.
- Prepare export documentation and coordinate shipments as required.
- Resolve customer queries and disputes (deliveries, returns, pricing, etc.) in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Support team development by sharing knowledge, analyzing KPIs, and assisting with training during absences.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Fluent knowledge of Turkish and operational English
- SAP knowledge
- Comfortable with Excel
- Basic knowledge and understanding of supply chain
