Ameris Bank is seeking a detail-oriented Business Banking Loan Closer to play a vital role in our commercial lending process. You will coordinate, prepare, and/or review documentation for small commercial loan transactions, ensuring every detail aligns with loan approvals, bank policy, and regulatory law.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate, prepare loan documentation, and/or review small commercial loan transactions.
- Ensure accuracy and meet requirements of loan approval, policy, regulations, and law.
- Report any approval exceptions to the appropriate parties.
- Escalate potential risk and resolve exception items.
