Evernorth Health Services is looking for a Business Analytics Lead Analyst to provide strategic insights for our CarepathRx specialty pharmacy and infusion services. In this remote role, you will drive meaningful analysis to inform financial performance and strategic decision-making within our Pharmacy and Care Delivery organization.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development of quarterly business reviews, budget-to-actual performance analyses, gross margin analytics, and profitability models for 28+ partners.
- Deliver monthly financial and non-financial performance metrics with clear commentary and actionable insights.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to track and analyze KPIs across key business units and functions.
- Build pricing models, proformas, and business cases to support new investments and strategic initiatives.
- Utilize BI tools to surface trends, assess business performance, and identify opportunities and risks.
- Maintain staffing plans and productivity forecasts aligned with strategic and financial objectives.
- Prepare competitive and market analyses to inform strategic recommendations.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and executive management.
- Complete ad hoc analyses and requested leadership support.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of financial analysis or related business experience.
- Healthcare industry experience.
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience using BI/reporting tools.
- Proficiency in financial statement analysis (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Advanced Excel skills, including creating macros.
- Ability to independently solve complex problems with a quantitative approach.
- Strong communication skills with comfort presenting to senior leaders.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience working with Workday or Adaptive Planning.
- Familiarity with operational finance, customer service analytics, and performance reporting.

- Compensation: $79,000 - $131,600 USD per year.
