ThinkingIT Corp. is looking for a Business Analyst to join our tech team and act as the key link between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements to ensure the successful delivery of digital products and solutions.
What You'll Do
- Gather, analyze, and validate business and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA, and stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions
- Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and refinement activities
- Ensure solutions meet business objectives and user needs
- Assist during testing and UAT to validate delivered functionality
- Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in existing processes
- Maintain clear and well-structured documentation (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a tech or digital environment
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
- Ability to write clear and structured documentation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS, iGaming, fintech, or e-commerce
- Basic technical understanding (APIs, databases, system integrations)
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams
- SQL or BI tools are a plus
