Responsibilities
- Serve as a connector between business units and technical teams to collect, assess, and document requirements for ServiceNow systems.
- Use ServiceNow capabilities to enhance Access & Identity Management (AIM/IAM) structures and improve Information Security (InfoSec) workflows.
- Assist projects in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Security Operations, and IT Service Management (ITSM) domains.
- Convert business objectives into detailed functional specifications, user stories, process diagrams, and test acceptance conditions.
- Work with DevOps and multidisciplinary teams to deliver solutions that are secure, scalable, and consistent with enterprise policies.
- Engage in design evaluations to confirm adherence to security, audit, and regulatory standards.
- Support testing, verification, and rollout phases to ensure solutions fulfill business requirements.
- Find and propose areas for process optimization and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
- Deliver continuous support, maintain documentation, and conduct knowledge sharing with stakeholders and operations teams.
