About the Role
The Treasury Operations Lead will oversee daily cash positioning, bank account management, and liquidity reporting while ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily cash forecasting and liquidity monitoring across multiple accounts
- Oversee bank account setup, maintenance, and closure processes
- Reconcile cash balances and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Lead the execution of domestic and international fund transfers
- Ensure compliance with financial controls and audit requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with banking partners
- Produce regular treasury reports for finance and executive teams
- Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities
- Monitor and report on foreign exchange exposure and activity
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate documentation for all treasury procedures
- Assist in the development of cash management policies
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams on regulatory matters
- Respond to internal and external audit requests
- Track and report on key performance metrics for treasury functions
- Support integration of new payment systems and banking platforms
- Ensure secure handling of financial transactions and data
- Train and mentor junior team members
- Collaborate with accounting and finance on cash flow planning
- Identify and escalate potential financial risks
