S-PRO is hiring a Business Analyst (Post-sale)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary connection point between clients and delivery teams after contract finalization to support effective project delivery.
  • Lead in-depth sessions and workshops to gather business, functional, and non-functional requirements from clients.
  • Examine, record, and maintain business requirements, user stories, acceptance conditions, and workflow diagrams.
  • Convert client objectives into precise specifications and documentation for development and quality assurance teams.
  • Assist project managers and delivery leads in outlining project scope, schedules, dependencies, and handling change requests.
  • Work closely with developers, solution architects, designers, and QA specialists to confirm accurate implementation of requirements.
  • Verify delivered solutions against defined business needs and assist in User Acceptance Testing processes.
  • Oversee changes to requirements, evaluate effects on project scope, budget, and timelines, and inform stakeholders accordingly.
  • Maintain consistent alignment between implemented solutions and the client's business goals.
  • Spot opportunities for solution enhancements, process optimizations, and added-value post-sale improvements.

  • Strong communication abilities for regular client engagement and internal coordination.
  • Skilled at explaining complex technical concepts in straightforward business terms.
  • Proficient in managing relationships with stakeholders across business, technical, and executive levels, including C-suite.
