Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary connection point between clients and delivery teams after contract finalization to support effective project delivery.
- Lead in-depth sessions and workshops to gather business, functional, and non-functional requirements from clients.
- Examine, record, and maintain business requirements, user stories, acceptance conditions, and workflow diagrams.
- Convert client objectives into precise specifications and documentation for development and quality assurance teams.
- Assist project managers and delivery leads in outlining project scope, schedules, dependencies, and handling change requests.
- Work closely with developers, solution architects, designers, and QA specialists to confirm accurate implementation of requirements.
- Verify delivered solutions against defined business needs and assist in User Acceptance Testing processes.
- Oversee changes to requirements, evaluate effects on project scope, budget, and timelines, and inform stakeholders accordingly.
- Maintain consistent alignment between implemented solutions and the client's business goals.
- Spot opportunities for solution enhancements, process optimizations, and added-value post-sale improvements.
