RSC Insurance Brokerage, Inc. is looking for a Business Analyst to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights for our Private Equity clients. In this role, you will be the key link between data, design, and client decision-making, creating polished reports and visualizations that communicate critical findings.
What You'll Do
- Analyze data to create, design, and customize polished, professional reports.
- Identify and develop key performance indicators, metrics, and data visualizations.
- Interact with internal project management teams, subject matter experts, and executives.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including call reviews, data coordination, analysis, and client presentations.
- Graphically design conclusions and create visual elements to communicate messages.
- Use graphic design, architecture, and art to enhance client understanding of findings and options.
What We're Looking For
- A strong background in data analysis with proven experience reviewing data and formulating recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, document editing, and reporting-analytics tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
