Gratia is hiring a Business Analyst Manager to act as a high-level partner for clients, driving success through complex problem-solving and project leadership. You will be the bridge between high-level strategy and hands-on results for Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups.
What You'll Do
- Take full ownership of large strategic projects, including fundraising campaigns, global product launches, and business transformations.
- Provide high-level architecture for projects, focusing on market entry strategies, operational optimisation, and strategic financial modelling.
- Own final deliverables and give feedback, ensuring they meet Gratia’s high standards for depth, accuracy, and visual clarity.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring project scopes stay within budget and timeline.
- Manage, oversee, and define scopes for junior analysts, mentoring them to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Drive project momentum by communicating complex findings through clear, honest, and simple updates to all stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- At least 6 years of experience, with 2 years as a Manager or Senior Manager, preferably from MBB, Big 4, or another strategy firm.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholders and build long-term trusting relationships.
- Mastery of transforming abstract or messy information into structured, actionable business solutions.
- Mastery of managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional workstreams in a remote environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that ensures a consistent daily overlap with US business hours to drive real-time decision-making.
Nice to Have
- Proven ability to lead projects independently, ideally with 1–3 years of experience as a solo contractor or independent consultant.
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
