As a Business Systems Analyst and LMS Administrator, you'll play a key role in managing and refining our Learning Management System to support employees, partners, and customers worldwide. Your work will directly influence how learning content is structured, delivered, and tracked across the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Administer and enhance the LMS by configuring settings, uploading training materials, resolving technical issues, and producing actionable reports.
- Design and maintain structured learning paths, certification programs, and digital badges tailored to diverse learner needs.
- Develop clear documentation for system workflows, best practices, and operational standards to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Provide direct support to users across regions, offering guidance and troubleshooting assistance for LMS and connected platforms.
- Partner with training, IT, and business stakeholders to implement and refine learning technologies and processes.
- Lead integration projects between systems, working closely with technical teams to deploy new features and improve functionality.
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve user experience through technology and process innovation.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience managing a Learning Management System, with proven success in administration and optimization.
- Strong communication skills—able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams.
- Experience analyzing data, generating reports, and using insights to guide improvements.
- Project management experience and the ability to collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional teams.
- A proactive mindset, with a drive to learn, adapt, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Familiarity with Thought Industries or similar LMS platforms.
- Exposure to Salesforce, Power BI, SQL, Looker, or front-end web technologies like HTML and CSS.
- Prior experience in an IT or SaaS company environment.
