Adept Consulting Services, Inc. is hiring a Business Analyst (InsureTech) to focus on cutting-edge insurance solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring systems, translating business requirements into actionable data, and supporting product and project implementations.
What You'll Do

- Work with a cross-functional team of developers, business analysts, and client stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
- Strong background in insurance, medical, or insuretech industries.
- Ability to commute to Harrisburg, PA once a month.
- PMP Certification or equivalent project management certification.
- Proven experience with agile project management and delivery.
- Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable system configurations and data.
- Excellent client-facing skills with a strong ability to manage client relationships.
- Ability to manage project scope, requirements gathering, and system configurations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with cloud-based insurance software solutions and data management systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage tasks efficiently.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with modern insurance cloud solutions and insuretech platforms.
- Knowledge of the medical industry and healthcare regulations.
