Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Support Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
- Create and maintain documentation such as process flows, data mappings, and use cases.
- Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and define MVPs.
- Track and manage tasks and requirements using JIRA or similar tools.
- Continuously assess business processes for improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in agile environments.
- Proven experience working directly with business stakeholders and development teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and model business processes and workflows.
- Fluent English – both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
