Boost IT is looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, acting as a key liaison between stakeholders and technical teams. You will translate business needs into actionable user stories and support Agile ceremonies within our dynamic, energetic, and reliable company culture.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Support Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Create and maintain documentation including process flows, data mappings, and use cases.
Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and define MVPs.
Track and manage tasks and requirements using JIRA or similar tools.
Continuously assess business processes for improvement opportunities.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in agile environments.
Proven experience working directly with business stakeholders and development teams.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and model business processes and workflows.
Fluent English – both written and verbal.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
