This role supports the end-to-end delivery of IT projects within global financial operations, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards. The analyst will act as a bridge between IT and business functions, fostering collaboration and clarity across departments and regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project documentation including work breakdown structures, RAID logs, and change control records
- Ensure alignment with project management office (PMO) standards through accurate reporting and audit-ready materials
- Lead and support agile processes such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to improve team performance
- Identify delivery obstacles early and take initiative to resolve or escalate them efficiently
- Produce executive-level summaries and progress updates using tools like Excel and PowerPoint
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain project momentum and meet aggressive timelines
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline, along with 8 to 10 years of experience managing IT infrastructure projects. A solid grasp of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies is essential, as is hands-on expertise with project tracking tools.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities are required to build consensus across diverse teams and cultures. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, capable of working under pressure, and committed to seeing initiatives through to completion.
Preferred Credentials
- Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are strongly encouraged
- Proficiency in JIRA, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Office Suite
