About the Role

This role involves working closely with client-facing teams to assess business needs, interpret data, and deliver actionable insights that improve client outcomes and support strategic decision-making across service operations.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze client service workflows to identify areas for improvement
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for projects and initiatives
  • Monitor key performance indicators and report on service metrics
  • Support change management activities during system or process transitions
  • Gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders
  • Facilitate meetings and contribute to project planning sessions
  • Create dashboards and reports to track client engagement outcomes
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting platforms
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and transitioning accounts
  • Evaluate the impact of operational changes on client experience
  • Maintain alignment between business goals and technology solutions
  • Identify trends in client behavior and service delivery
  • Support the development of client communication materials
  • Conduct root cause analysis for service-related issues
  • Coordinate testing for new tools and platforms
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on new processes
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards
  • Work with IT teams to refine system functionality
  • Manage timelines and deliverables for assigned initiatives
  • Escalate risks and dependencies to project leads
