At GFT Technologies SE, we are looking for a Business Analyst to act as the crucial link between banking business areas and technology. This role focuses on fixed income, foreign exchange, and FX rates products within an integrated, multidisciplinary environment, supporting the implementation of financial solutions.
What You'll Do
- Support implementations of banking products such as NDFs, fixed income, and other FX & Rates Technology demands.
- Perform functional analysis and development for fixed income banking products (Treasury, CDB) and NDFs for operation in Brazil.
- Interface between financial business areas and technology, translating requirements clearly and objectively.
- Participate in projects to implement financial products and solutions.
- Support the definition of functional specifications, business rules, and validation of system integrations.
- Contribute to alignment among business, technology, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Execute functional acceptance tests with the involved areas.
What We're Looking For
- Active experience in implementing or supporting financial projects focused on fixed income, foreign exchange, and FX (user-only experience not considered).
- Previous experience with NDF, fixed income, or FX products in financial institutions.
- Experience with integration between systems in the banking sector.
- Proven experience interfacing between financial business areas and technology.
- Ability to produce clear and structured functional and technical documentation.
- Advanced written and spoken communication in Spanish or English within a banking context.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week onsite) at Faria Lima/SP.
Nice to Have
- Experience with technological integrations in the Brazilian banking market.
- Familiarity with structures and models of financial products.
- Knowledge or experience in Java programming for better technical understanding of integrations.
- Experience in banks of Spanish origin.

Work Mode
