Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager Business Analyst with deep expertise in Avaloq to lead complex core banking implementations and strategic transformations for our global financial services clients. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional outcomes and exceeding client expectations.
What You'll Do
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of core banking systems.
- Handle overall planning, execution, monitoring, management, and leadership of projects.
- Work with various stakeholders, run workshops, and act as the key liaison between clients and the project team.
- Lead, coordinate, and supervise the activities of the project/programme team.
- Provide advice on best practice techniques for implementation.
- Ensure the experience of engaging Accenture for delivery exceeds client expectations.
- Report to leadership and be solution-oriented in managing risk and issues.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Sciences or equivalent in Engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience in IT systems development, project management, and client communications.
- Proven track record as the overall project leader in medium to large IT projects.
- Ability to work independently, be organized, and task-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in leading and coaching a team.
Nice to Have
- Project Management qualification or certification.
- Experience with banking or financial applications.
- Hands-on experience with the Avaloq, InvestCloud, or Temenos platform.
- Business Analyst experience specifically related to Financial Services.
