Join HeadChannel as a Business Analyst. You will play a key role in supporting our clients by identifying their needs, specifying requirements, and recommending effective solutions.
What You'll Do
- Participate in client meetings and prepare and deliver client presentations.
- Gather business requirements, define and plan them, and translate business needs for the project team.
- Design solutions, maintain product vision, and develop product backlogs.
- Analyze and manage projects using methodologies like Agile.
- Create documentation and process visualizations, including describing communication interfaces.
- Assess change impacts, resolve errors, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Model project states, build domain knowledge, and adapt communication methods.
- Collaborate closely with development teams and ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical specifications.

Nice to Have
- Prior experience in IT business analysis, ideally for a period of 3–6 months.
