Moniepoint is hiring a Business Analyst to join our growing Business Lending team. In this role, you'll have a direct impact on our expansion, using your analytical skills to transform data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.
What You'll Do
- Leverage large in-house data to uncover trends and behavioral indicators, developing actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
- Ensure flawless project execution through robust documentation, progress monitoring, and clear, consistent communication.
- Generate insightful and data-driven reports for executive leadership and external audiences, translating complex information into critical business summaries.
- Support a data-driven decision-making culture across the Bank through innovation and proactive application of data analytics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Product and Data Engineering on strategic growth initiatives.
- Support senior stakeholders on ad-hoc tasks including Risk Committee reporting, driving Credit Risk Policy documentation, and other administrative requirements.
