Burroughs, Inc. is hiring a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and service multi-vendor cash automation and banking equipment directly at customer sites. You will diagnose and resolve product performance problems to ensure customer satisfaction while representing a company with a reputation for excellence since 1886.
What You'll Do
- Install, maintain, and service cash automation equipment at assigned customer locations.
- Diagnose and resolve product performance problems.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent follow-through and communication with customers and Burroughs team members.
- Maintain tools and parts inventory in a secure and accurate fashion.
What We're Looking For
- Technical aptitude or interest in learning to repair electronics and electro-mechanical components in complex machinery.

- Self-motivated and well organized.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must hold a valid US driver’s license.
- Ability to lift and/or move equipment weighing up to 75 pounds.
Nice to Have
- Associates Degree is a plus.
- Previous experience with multi-vendor ATMs and cash automation equipment is a plus.
