About the Role
You will own the end-to-end design process for key product features, from concept to launch, ensuring usability, consistency, and alignment with user needs and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces and interactions for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers throughout development cycles
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions and validate concepts
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing
- Maintain and evolve the design system and component library
- Ensure accessibility and responsiveness across devices
- Translate product requirements into clear, functional designs
- Participate in design critiques and give constructive feedback
- Work independently to manage timelines and deliverables
- Communicate design rationale to stakeholders clearly
- Balance user needs with technical constraints
- Support user testing sessions and analyze results
- Document design patterns and usage guidelines
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies
- Contribute to product strategy discussions
- Define user flows for new and existing features
- Optimize designs for performance and scalability
- Integrate user feedback into design improvements
- Collaborate on onboarding and education experiences
- Support marketing and launch efforts with design assets
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Prioritize tasks based on product roadmap and impact
- Work iteratively in agile development environments
- Advocate for the end user in cross-functional discussions
