Requirements
- Fluent in French and Bambara.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience at a marketing agency, telecom, or payment service, provider, FMCG, or financial institution.
- 4+ years of relevant work experience, specifically managing field or user acquisition teams Based in the field.
- 2+ years' experience designing strategies for user acquisition for a telecom, payment services, service provider, FMCG, or financial institution.
- 2+ years' experience managing large teams (50+ people).
Nice to Have
- English is a plus, as this role may interact regularly with non-French speakers.
