What You'll Do
- Develop the brand’s voice, visual style, and market position to appeal to an international audience
- Design and implement marketing initiatives that boost visibility and drive bookings
- Launch and manage integrated campaigns across online and offline channels
- Build relationships with hostels, hotels, tourism boards, and influencers to expand reach
- Grow and engage audiences on Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
- Produce original, shareable content that sparks community interaction
- Work with photographers, videographers, and creators to capture authentic moments
- Use customer feedback and performance data to refine the brand experience
- Ensure brand integrity by collaborating closely with on-the-ground teams
Requirements
- 3–6+ years in brand development, marketing, or social media management
- Proven ability to build and scale brands with minimal oversight
- Strong creative instinct and hands-on execution skills
- Experience managing remote marketing operations in fast-moving environments
- Fluency in both English and Portuguese (written and spoken)
