House of Cheatham, LLC, is looking for a Brand Manager to champion our brand story, strengthen market presence, and create meaningful connections with customers. In this role, you will manage brand strategy, business performance, product roadmaps, and marketing programs for our portfolio of multicultural beauty brands.
What You'll Do
- Develop and steward brand position and visual identity.
- Track brand awareness and manage brand ambassador strategy and relationships.
- Analyze global brand performance and KPI reporting.
- Participate in annual global brand strategic planning and budget process.
- Manage budget and trademark registration and renewals.
- Develop a 3-year product roadmap, collaborating with Innovation team.
- Manage SKU rationalization and global pricing strategy.
- Manage Non-Innovation NPD programs and drive innovation launches.
- Manage free goods and sample programs.
- Determine and manage sponsorship and donation opportunities and budget.
- Develop and project manage execution of global retail marketing programs.
- Develop line review pitch decks and drive mockup creation.
- Manage global retailer events strategy and conduct regular in-store visits.
- Drive development of OTC marketing materials and manage trade publication advertising.
What We're Looking For
- 5-10 years Marketing experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Ability to work in an ambiguous and dynamic work environment.
- Able to roll up their sleeves and get the job done while processes are not clear or being revamped.
- Demonstrates excellence in communication, analytical and project management.
- Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in PowerPoint/ Office Suite.
- Can effectively build relationships and influence senior levels in the organization across regions and functions.
- Drive for results, able to influence and accomplish tasks through formal and informal channels.
Nice to Have
- Former CPG experience preferred.
- Beauty/ Multicultural experience preferred.
