Dr. Oetker is looking for a Brand Manager to drive innovation within our Food Ingredients business unit. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire innovation process, from conception to market launch, grounded in robust market research and a deep understanding of consumer needs.
What You'll Do
- Lead innovation topics and projects within the Food Ingredients business unit.
- Conceptualize, develop, and implement innovation projects based on market research and derived consumer needs.
- Lead cross-functional project teams with a focus on results, taking responsibility for costs, timelines, and outcomes.
- Regularly analyze external influencing factors and market dynamics.
- Independently steer your projects and manage the associated marketing budget.
What We're Looking For
- A successfully completed business studies degree with a focus on Marketing.
- Several years of experience in product management, ideally within the FMCG industry.
- Solid market and product knowledge, paired with a keen sense for consumer needs and trends.
- Proven mastery of the innovation process from idea to launch.
- Strong analytical skills, conceptual thinking, and the ability to develop creative solutions.
- A results-oriented, self-reliant working style, combined with high flexibility and resilience.
- Outstanding project management, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills.
