At Kellanova, we are driven to unleash the full potential of our differentiated brands. As a Brand Manager Activation Salty Snacks, you will be part of the HGM activation team, responsible for bringing the PRINGLES brand to life across multiple markets. Your role will focus on understanding brand communication and measuring the performance of omnichannel activations.
What You'll Do
- Act as a voice of the HGM region’s consumers and customers to ensure central plans are fit for the market and channels.
- Execute the yearly brand plan for PRINGLES with excellence, with a strong focus on omni-channel shopper marketing plans and reviewing effectiveness.
- Partner with local agencies and retailer agencies to create strong, measurable brand activation plans based on insights.
- Work collaboratively with the Central Brand Team and Sales teams to land our masterplan and maximize retailer support.
- Be accountable for market share performance and the evaluation of initiatives you directly manage.
- Ensure the right activation assets are available for markets and retailers in a timely manner.
- Manage BTL budget, review investments, and measure ROI to drive continuous improvement.

- 4+ years of experience in a marketing or activation role.
- A passion for brands and bringing them to life in stores.
- A results-focused, analytical approach to work.
- An autonomous work style with initiative.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to identify future opportunities and influence plans.
- Strong knowledge of brand building principles.
- Ability to commercialize consumer insights.
- Solid experience in data analysis.
