Ferrero Group is hiring a Brand Manager to lead the Tic Tac brand. This hybrid role, based in Parsippany, NJ, balances analytical rigor with creative execution. You will report to the Marketing Director, Tic Tac Mints, and lead cross-functional teams to drive brand innovation and strategy.
What You'll Do
- Conduct in-depth market and brand analysis to formulate brand strategy.
- Constantly monitor and track brand performance and initiatives, providing routine updates.
- Maintain full understanding of the competitive environment to assess business impact.
- Interpret qualitative and quantitative research for business purposes.
- Support innovation lead with artwork development.
- Manage budget and support development of consumer activation plans.
- Utilize project management skills from planning to execution to achieve brand goals.
- Prepare and create engaging, meaningful, and persuasive presentations.
- Multi-task in a fast-paced environment and prioritize daily demands to meet deadlines.
- Engage with Trade Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain to plan and execute new initiatives.
- Collaborate with legal department to safeguard company assets.
- Manage relations with third-party vendors such as graphic design and research agencies.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Business.
- At least 5 years experience in consumer packaged goods brand marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills for decision-making and experience working in CPG.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with consumer data (e.g., IRI, ACNielsen).
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects within scheduled timelines.
- Team player able to work with various functional departments.
- Detail oriented with passion, energy, and drive to work with world-class brands.
- Motivation to advance in a merit-based, multinational organization.
- Must be self-motivated and exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Adaptable to foreign cultures.
- Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
- Experience with Budget Management.
- Exposure and understanding of differences between various classes of trade.
Nice to Have
- Master's degree in Business.
- SAP knowledge.
- Foreign language knowledge (e.g., Spanish or Italian).
- Product packaging development knowledge.
- Exposure to P&L management.

- Compensation: $124,000.00 - $165,000.00 annually.
