Interstate Brick is looking for a Branch Manager Trainee to join a structured development program. This role prepares you to assume full responsibility as a Branch Manager within one year. The ideal candidate is a leader focused on building strong relationships and driving branch performance.
What You'll Do
- Assume complete accountability for profit and loss within the distribution center.
- Coordinate and direct branch operations by directly supervising sales, yard operations, and office functions.
- Ensure the distribution center maintains a positive impact on customers by evaluating opportunities for improvements and expanded services.
What We're Looking For
- An understanding of a basic income statement.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be willing to relocate.
Nice to Have
- A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
