Signet Jewelers is hiring a Branch Manager for its GMP Hospital business to lead a geographical territory. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction. You will lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates while managing distributor relationships to achieve financial objectives and build a competitive advantage.
What You'll Do
- Exceed or achieve assigned financial and operational goals for the branch.
- Lead, motivate, train, inspire, and encourage the sales associates.
- Drive revenue targets by month and quarter, product-wise and territory-wise.
- Manage distributor/liaison relationships, including inventory, accounts receivables, and ROI.
- Build long-term sustainable and profitable distributor relationships.
- Create and maintain an excellent customer interface through key account management, presentation skills, problem-solving, and negotiation.
- Drive the business's competitive advantage and differentiated market position.
- Administer product forecasting and coordinate with commercial and supply chain teams for timely product availability.
- Minimize expiry and non-moving products and ensure collection discipline.
- Achieve forecast accuracy targets and adhere to the S&OP process.
- Prepare MIS reporting in coordination with the sales coordinator to update business leadership.
- Identify marketing program needs, influence marketing resources for support, and ensure timely execution.
- Select, hire, assemble, and coach people in collaboration with HR.
- Drive a stretch-oriented, high-performance culture.
