The Huntington National Bank is looking for a Branch Manager to lead our team in Bruce, MS. You will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the branch, driving sales, service, and operational excellence to achieve business goals and strengthen our community presence.

What You'll Do

Manage a portfolio of high-value consumer and business customers.
Lead the process of referring customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships and build internal partnerships.
Guide your team to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively.
Leverage available tools and technology to identify and present sales and service opportunities.
Maintain knowledge and educate your team on all products, services, technology, and policies.
Maintain active community involvement and develop key business and community relationships.
Develop key internal partnerships to drive business in the market area.
Oversee the recruitment and hiring process to ensure suitable staffing.
Secure resources required to support your team.
Manage overall branch operations, adhering to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
Understand and drive branch sales, service, operations, and financial performance.

What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year or more in a goal-driven retail sales leadership role or a Bachelor's Degree.

Nice to Have

Bachelor's Degree and previous management experience.
Ability to understand, drive, and lead branch sales, service, operations, and financial performance across branch and digital channels.
Demonstrated acumen in banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, sales leadership, customer service, process management, coaching, colleague development, and presentation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking.
Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
Ability to develop, influence, inspire, and motivate colleagues to increase retention.
