About the Role
This role provides temporary or rotational support across branches to maintain service levels during absences, peak periods, or staffing changes, ensuring operational consistency and member satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Deliver frontline financial services to members during assigned branch coverage
- Travel between branch locations as scheduled to support staffing needs
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and customer interactions
- Assist with opening and closing branch procedures at various sites
- Handle cash balancing and reconciliation tasks at covered locations
- Respond to member inquiries in person, by phone, and through digital channels
- Support implementation of credit union policies during temporary assignments
- Adapt quickly to different branch environments and team dynamics
- Uphold compliance standards during all member-facing activities
- Complete assigned training modules to maintain operational knowledge
- Report operational issues to management promptly
- Participate in scheduled team meetings across branch locations
- Follow security protocols for handling sensitive financial data
- Assist with processing loan applications and account openings
- Promote financial products and services during member interactions
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace during coverage periods
- Support special projects as directed by branch or operations leaders
- Ensure adherence to audit and documentation requirements
- Escalate complex member concerns to appropriate personnel
- Maintain consistent service standards across all assigned branches
- Track time and assignments using approved systems
- Collaborate with permanent branch staff during transitions
- Complete daily balancing procedures for assigned workstations
- Stay current with product updates and policy changes
- Contribute to a positive member experience during temporary placements
Compensation

Travel Requirements
