RemoteVA PH is seeking a meticulous Bookkeeper & Data Entry Specialist to handle our daily financial operations. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and processing payroll, primarily using the Zoho suite of applications.
What You'll Do
- Accurately enter financial transactions into Zoho Books and maintain detailed records.
- Process payroll, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking.
- Assist in generating financial reports like profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, deductions, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and payroll regulations.
- Assist with audits, tax filings, and end-of-year financial reporting.
- Work with the finance team to improve processes and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Payroll Specialist, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Zoho Books, Zoho Payroll, or other Zoho finance applications.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential financial and payroll information with integrity.
