Responsibilities
- Lead interdisciplinary project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Work with resource managers to establish, track, and sustain capacity planning aligned with project needs.
- Organize, lead, and record key project meetings including kickoffs, design evaluations, and production readiness assessments.
- Monitor design progress across electrical, mechanical, wiring, manufacturing, and process engineering domains.
- Ensure post-engineering release coordination by confirming Quality, Operations, and Sales receive necessary documentation.
- Serve as the primary communication hub for project status and deliverables among Sales, Engineering, Operations, and leadership.
- Partner with Operations to verify production readiness through structured meetings, punch list management, resolution tracking, and stakeholder notifications.
- Manage changes stemming from customer requests and significant design updates through formal change coordination.
- Inform senior and engineering leadership when gate reviews are prepared and support retrospective sessions for process enhancement.
- Provide regular updates on project performance to management stakeholders.
- Guide and support project team members in adopting proven project management practices.
