Open Doors ABA is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for a full-time, salaried role serving clients in Lorain County, OH and surrounding areas. What You'll Do
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and other diagnostic evaluations
- Develop and supervise the implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Deliver direct and indirect ABA services both in-home and via Telehealth
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to provide training and ongoing support
- Supervise and support RBTs and behavior technicians
- Collect and analyze data to inform treatment adjustments
- Ensure clinical documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with HIPAA and payer requirements
- Stay current with best practices and emerging research in ABA
What We're Looking For
- Current BCBA certification
- Active COBA license (required for Ohio practice)
- Experience in both in-home ABA and Telehealth ABA delivery
- Strong clinical skills, with a passion for child-centered, compassionate care
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel within Lorain County and nearby regions
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass background checks
