Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for staffing needs during after-hours periods
- Verify shift placements with per diem healthcare professionals including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
- Record all shift confirmations, modifications, and provider interactions in the staffing database
- Communicate clearly with providers about shift schedules, worksite locations, and role expectations
- Refer unresolved staffing issues to the appropriate management personnel when required
- Monitor and document shift cancellations
- Maintain professionalism and composure in high-stress situations
- Collaborate with the on-call Manager as necessary
