Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Hungary is looking for an SAP CX Consultant to join our international team. In this role, you will focus on the implementation, customization, and optimization of SAP Commerce Cloud solutions. You will have the opportunity to work across various industries and gain deep expertise in the SAP CX environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide SAP Commerce Cloud consulting, including implementation, customization, and optimization.
- Support clients in the planning, configuration, and integration of SAP CX solutions.
- Create solution plans and process modeling aligned with specific business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end SAP Commerce Cloud solutions.
- Perform debugging, development, and system update tasks at an expert level.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience in SAP Commerce Cloud projects, from requirements gathering to go-live.
- A project management mindset with the ability to manage client expectations, deadlines, and complex processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills within the SAP CX environment.
- Experience with Sales Cloud V1/V2, Service Cloud, or C4C solutions.
- Advanced German language skills.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of SAP Marketing Cloud/Emarsys and/or Customer Data Cloud/Platform.
- Knowledge of customer journey optimization and omnichannel commerce strategies.
