Mantis Innovation is looking for a BMS Technician II to focus on HVAC Controls. This full-time position is within our Construction - BMS department and offers a remote work model for candidates based in Atlanta, GA.

What You'll Do

Install, commission, and troubleshoot Building Management System (BMS) controls for HVAC systems.
Collaborate with construction and engineering teams to implement control sequences.
Perform system diagnostics and maintenance on BMS hardware and software.
Support project execution from installation through to final customer handover.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a BMS or HVAC Controls Technician.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC control systems, DDC controllers, and network protocols.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, control diagrams, and sequences of operations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail for field diagnostics.
Valid driver's license and ability to work remotely from the Atlanta area.

Nice to Have

Experience with specific BMS platforms (e.g., Siemens, Johnson Controls, Tridium).
Certifications in HVAC, electrical systems, or building automation.
Familiarity with construction project workflows.

Work Mode

This is a remote position, requiring the candidate to be based in or around Atlanta, GA. You will work remotely but will travel to local job sites and client locations as needed for project execution.
