Responsibilities
- Evaluate current processes and workflows in the BMC Helix ITSM environment to find areas for enhancement and greater efficiency.
- Develop and deploy streamlined workflows that improve IT service management operations and boost productivity and service standards.
- Work with stakeholders to collect requirements and ensure workflow solutions support business goals and operational needs.
- Lead training initiatives and create detailed documentation to help users effectively adopt and use workflow tools.
- Track the performance of deployed workflows and make iterative improvements based on feedback and metrics.
- Keep current with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in IT service management and workflow automation.
