About the Role
The selected candidate will serve as a key technical resource in designing, configuring, and deploying BMC Helix platforms. This role requires strong understanding of IT service management frameworks and experience tailoring BMC solutions to meet enterprise needs.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable and secure BMC Helix implementations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
- Translate functional needs into technical configurations
- Lead configuration and customization of BMC Helix modules
- Support integration with third-party systems and APIs
- Develop technical documentation for solution designs and workflows
- Provide expert guidance during testing and deployment phases
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development and production environments
- Ensure compliance with ITIL practices within BMC Helix setups
- Participate in client workshops and solution demonstrations
- Assist in defining migration strategies from legacy systems
- Optimize system performance and usability
- Coordinate with development and operations teams
- Deliver post-implementation support and knowledge transfer
- Stay current with BMC product updates and new features
- Support quality assurance and user acceptance testing
- Configure automation workflows and approval processes
- Implement role-based access controls and security policies
- Monitor system health and recommend improvements
- Assist in creating training materials for end users
- Work with project managers to define timelines and deliverables
- Conduct solution reviews and architecture assessments
- Advise on best practices for system scalability and maintainability
- Support data migration and validation activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies
