About the Role
The BMC Helix Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the BMC Helix platform, including system administration, user support, and performance monitoring. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management and experience with BMC Helix.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain BMC Helix platform.
- Ensure system performance and availability.
- Provide user support and training.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Implement and manage system updates and patches.

- Provide 24/7 on-call support as needed.
