What You'll Do
Shape the regional market approach for consumable products serving the biopharmaceutical sector. Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives that align with business goals and customer demands in the Shanghai and Suzhou markets.
Partner closely with sales teams to deliver timely, technically sound responses to customer inquiries. Support clients through product selection, application challenges, and procurement processes, ensuring seamless integration into their workflows.
Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify new opportunities for product adoption. Translate insights into actionable plans that advance market penetration and contribute to revenue growth.
Build and sustain trusted relationships with key accounts. Focus on long-term engagement, helping ensure customer success and reinforcing brand credibility across the region.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in life sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, or a related scientific field
- Bring at least three years of professional experience in marketing, technical support, or sales support roles within a life sciences or biopharma context
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present technical information clearly
- Show initiative, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset when working across teams
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in marketing consumables used in laboratory or bioprocessing environments is highly valued.
