Moeve, formerly Cepsa, is hiring for a Biomass Liquids Origination role. This Commercial Structuring position is central to identifying market opportunities, developing strategic business cases, and structuring complex commercial frameworks for biofuels and e-fuels projects across Asia. You will ensure bankable projects and strategic alignment while delivering offtake agreements in collaboration with headquarters on global initiatives.

What You'll Do

Identify and develop new origination opportunities for low-carbon fuels and hydrogen derivatives, with a focus on Asia.
Build commercial frameworks, including offtake agreements, pricing models, JV/M&A structures, and alliance agreements to enable market entry and growth.
Develop revenue generation opportunities by contributing to pricing strategies, origination strategy, and improving profitability through innovative commercial models.
Build investment-ready business cases using analysis tools and consolidate inputs from legal, finance, strategy, and trading teams.
Lead end-to-end delivery of origination projects with clear milestones, governance, and stakeholder alignment.
Monitor APAC regulatory signals and coordinate with Madrid team to close loops on key projects.
Support commercial models and develop value chain mapping across biofuels, feedstocks, and hydrogen derivatives.
Act as a primary liaison with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely execution of deliverables.
Orchestrate cross-functional workstreams discussions across Commercial, legal, trading, finance, strategy, and M&A teams.
Design, prepare materials and lead workshops to drive cross-functional alignment on initiatives.
Develop and implement governance structures, workstream set up, project charters, commercial structuring, business case rationale, and value chain delivery.
Conduct in-depth complex data analysis and market assessment to develop business models and pricing views.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including energy suppliers, buyers, technology providers, regulatory bodies and governmental agencies.

What We're Looking For

Experience in business development, commercial modelling, financial modelling, project delivery, deal structuring and route to market strategy execution within the energy sector.
Commercial, low carbon fuels business origination or trading origination experience is required.
Proven ability to manage complex projects under pressure and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have

Creative self-starter with problem solving ability and learner-mindset.
Ability to work across teams and complex matrix organisation with familiarity with project management and governance processes.
