About the Role
The position is responsible for driving community engagement by organizing events, supporting local projects, and fostering connections within the blockchain ecosystem in Pakistan.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of community events and meetups
- Identify and collaborate with local blockchain projects and startups
- Facilitate networking opportunities between developers, entrepreneurs, and enthusiasts
- Support outreach efforts to expand community participation
- Coordinate with regional partners to promote educational initiatives
- Gather feedback from community members to inform program improvements
- Promote awareness of blockchain technology and its applications
- Assist in onboarding new community members and contributors
- Track engagement metrics and report on event outcomes
- Maintain active communication through social platforms and forums
- Develop content to support community announcements and updates
- Represent the program at industry conferences and local gatherings
- Foster inclusive participation across diverse groups
- Encourage knowledge sharing and peer-to-peer learning
- Monitor emerging trends in the local tech ecosystem
- Build relationships with academic institutions and developer groups
- Support the launch of local innovation challenges or hackathons
- Ensure alignment with global program goals while adapting to local needs
- Provide logistical support for virtual and in-person events
- Collaborate with marketing to amplify event visibility
