Remote VA is looking for a Billing & Purchasing Specialist to support our internal finance and operations team. This role focuses on managing financial processes and documentation accurately and efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Manage billing and invoicing processes accurately and in a timely manner
- Handle purchase orders and purchasing activities within the system
- Maintain and update records in Brightpearl
- Assist with accounts-related tasks and financial documentation
- Monitor transactions and ensure data accuracy
- Organize financial records and reports
- Communicate with internal teams regarding billing and purchasing updates
What We're Looking For
- A background in billing, purchasing, and basic accounting processes
