Responsibilities
- Process and manage billing for a variety of customer contracts worldwide
- Generate and distribute invoices, and credit memos, making sure information is accurate and timely
- Respond to stakeholder questions and resolve billing issues quickly and professionally (aiming to respond within 24 hours)
- Collaborate with teams, such as Finance and Sales, to resolve discrepancies,maintain smooth operations, and seek out opportunities for improvement
- Manage Pricing Request Forms (PRFs) to ensure all billing reflects approved pricing structures and contractual terms.
- Run audits at key points in the month to ensure accuracy in our billing and financial data
- Help create and distribute annual and partner affiliate invoices
- Support end-of-month activities and ensure processes are completed on time
- Support projects to improve our billing systems and processes, with opportunities to explore and apply AI tools to enhance workflows
- Prepare reports and handle ad-hoc analyses as needed
- Help provide documents for audits and maintain good documentation practices
Requirements
- Experience in billing, accounts receivable, or financial operations (within any industry or size of company)
- Comfortable using billing systems (for example, Salesforce, NetSuite, Oracle; similar systems are also welcome)
- Confident working with spreadsheets and basic data analysis
- Good attention to detail and organisation skills
- Able to manage time well and adapt to changes
- Enjoys working with others and communicating clearly
- A problem-solver who is open to learning new things
- Confident in making informed decisions and progressing tasks independently
- Able to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to keep processes moving efficiently
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI tools, or a strong interest in exploring and adopting AI to improve ways of working.
