HeadQuarters is hiring a Billing Associate to join our growing accounting team. In this role, you will manage and monitor receivables, prepare and process invoices, and ensure timely payments. You will serve as the main contact for resolving invoice discrepancies and maintaining clear communication with our retailers and brands.
What You'll Do
- Maintain regular communication with retailers and nurture positive partnerships.
- Provide invoice summaries, share account balances, and coordinate payment pickups timely.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies where payments are incorrectly made to brands instead of the distributor.
- Ensure clear and efficient multichannel communication using emails and phone calls.
- Actively participate in problem-solving and decision-making discussions to resolve time-sensitive issues.
- Diligently record communication details with retailers and brands for efficient tracking.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in logistics or customer-facing roles.
- Experience with Google Spreadsheets/Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience with QuickBooks.
