CSC Generation is hiring a Bilingual Vendor Specialist to join the Operations department at One Kings Lane. This full-time, remote position plays a critical role in managing and supporting vendor relationships.

What You'll Do

Manage day-to-day communication and operational workflows with vendors.
Act as the primary liaison between vendors and internal teams, resolving issues and ensuring smooth collaboration.
Monitor vendor performance against key metrics and service level agreements.
Process and coordinate vendor documentation, contracts, and onboarding.
Contribute to process improvements within the vendor management lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Proven experience in vendor management, procurement, or a related operational role.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional correspondence.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities.
Must be legally authorized to work and reside in Mexico.
